Hornady’s 225 grain ELD-M (match) @ 2750 fps in 26″ barrel, with high-end Peterson brass, Long Range, Match grade ammo (see Note below). Powder is loaded single stage with the powder charge to .02 grains consistency (1 kernel accuracy) with new Norma brass. This is one of the bullets we use shooting out past 1 mile. Hodgdon temperature extreme powder, match magnum primer, high-end Peterson brass. Price per 50 rounds.
NOTE!!!- This bullet is seated to 3.570″ long (COAL). This bullet requires seating out further than the normal 3.340″ a typical 300 Win Mag bullet would be seated to. This round will fit in the Accuracy International ( AI ) detachable box mags. This ammo will fit in the these rifles- AI AW, Sako TRG, Savage 110, and most of the Remington 700 rifles with long internal box magazines. This round will NOT fit in a Browning A-bolt, Tikka T3 and some hunting type rifles with the short magazine boxes.
